AWX offers a specialised OH&S and injury management client package to manage your organisation's Health & Safety Management Systems. Our Safety team offer individual consultation packages tailored to your organisational needs. Our OH& S consultancy packages typically include:
• One day per week or as required by client to undertake site audits and inspections, provide strategic advice, an action plan to fix any safety issues or problems that are identified. We consistently report back to client Management team regarding the outcome of these visits. The number of visits per week to be advised by client on a week to week basis and subject to client business needs.
• We conduct a weekly review of the Injury management processes, and current rehabilitation/ WorkCover case load with a view to reduce the premium and liability to client.
• Review and manage WorkCover Common Law matters as required by client.
• Provide advice and assistance to client’s in-house rehabilitation officer.
• In addition to the weekly review of client’s safety and Rehabilitation matters we are available on phone and email to answer queries during the week.
• We are on call for any significant or urgent safety matters and will attend worksites or premises outside of nominated weekly time to address these matters.
• A monthly report on the activities undertaken will be provided to client outlining the work undertaken in the previous month.
• Quarterly meetings are conducted to review KPI, LTI and premium impact.
• Industrial Relations (IR) advice and assistance including: unfair dismissal, union site access and general IR queries.
