About the Role

AWX are currently looking for an Administrator / Resourcer to start immediately with our client based in Eastern Creek. In this position, you would be required to recruit casual staff for our client and fulfil all administrative tasks.

This opportunity would be a minimum 3 month contract with the view to be extended. Our client is looking for someone to work 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

Duties would include:

  • Reviewing resumes
  • Phone screening the applicants
  • Booking successful candidates in for interviews
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Medical bookings
  • General admin duties

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ideally previous basic recruitment experience but not required
  • Some admin experience
  • Good phone manner
  • Available for an immediate start
  • Have good presentation
  • Have 2 current work references
  • Drivers License and own transport preferred
