AWX Mount Isa are currently seeking experienced and qualified Diesel Fitters for a local mine site.

Successful applicants will have demonstrated experience working on heavy surface and underground equipment, with experience on Caterpillar equipment being an advantage.

The role is residential only (applicants willing to relocate to Mount Isa at own expense will also be considered).

Skills and experience

To be successful for this role you will need;

Valid Manual Drivers Licence (C Class or higher)
Australian Trade Certificate - Diesel Fitter
Ability to pass low risk Medical and Physical
Demonstrated experience on surface and underground equipment and experience in a similar position is an advantage
Strong commitment to workplace safety and working effectively within a team environment
