We are currently looking for a administrative assistant for and temp to perm role based on the Central Coast.
Working in a proactive team, we are looking for a an office all-rounder who can pick up the day to day operations.
Duties:
- Customer service, answering and directing calls
- Process and invoice customer orders
- Assist managers in day to day work
- Record keeping
Conditions of work:
- Monday to Friday
- 38 Hours per week
- Temp to Perm Position
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail
- Prior experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
