Job description

We are currently looking for a administrative assistant for and temp to perm role based on the Central Coast.

Working in a proactive team, we are looking for a an office all-rounder who can pick up the day to day operations.

Duties:

  • Customer service, answering and directing calls
  • Process and invoice customer orders
  • Assist managers in day to day work
  • Record keeping

Conditions of work:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 38 Hours per week
  • Temp to Perm Position

What we are looking for:

  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High attention to detail
  • Prior experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
