About the Role

AWX are seeking to Expression of Interest to fill multiple positions including Labourers, Roller operators, Excavator Operators & Water Cart Operator based around Bowen to Ayr. A main requirement is for people who fit our culture with a positive "CAN DO" attitude and be self-motivated.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS - Labourers

• Civil construction experience

• Must have a white card

• Current Drivers Licence

ROLE REQUIREMENTS - Roller Operator

• Applicants require RII Roller ticket

• Current Drivers Licence

• Must have 12 months min prior experience as a Roller operator using various attachments

• Physically capable for manual duties

ROLE REQUIREMENTS - Excavator Operator

• Applicants require RII Roller ticket

• Current Drivers Licence

• Must have 12 months min prior experience as a Excavator operator

• Physically capable for manual duties

ROLE REQUIREMENTS - Water Cart Operator

• Must HR Licence

• Current Drivers Licence

• Must have 12 months min prior experience as a Water Cart Operator

• Physically capable for manual duties

GENERIC REQUIREMENTS

• Own PPE including long sleeve high vis, hard hat, steel capped boots and safety glasses

• Ability to work long hours

• A quick learner who can think on their feet

• Reliable and flexible

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work unsupervised and with others
