Job description

Based on the Sunshine Coast, our award-winning Client is seeking an experienced Residential Contract Administrator to join their team on a 6 month contract covering maternity leave with the potential to extend to 12 months. The successful candidate will be experienced in a similar role, be able to step in to support the team with speed and be available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities

  • Review, negotiate, preparation and following up on new and existing Contracts
  • Updating contract management systems
  • Understand and explain terms and conditions
  • Maintain currency of legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed
  • Maintain Compliance
  • Document Control
  • Reporting
  • Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met within required timeframe
  • General office duties as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Contracts Administrator within the Building industry
  • Knowledge of Legal requirements involved with contracts (QLD and NSW)
  • Understand Council process flows
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Proficient in MS Suite
  • Ability to work autonomously within a fast paced environment as you may be managing in excess of 30 projects, simultaneously
