About the Role

AWX are seeking highly motivated Signwriter-graphic Design based in the Townsville region. You will need to have the availability to commence immediately. A main requirement is for people who fit our culture with a positive "CAN DO" attitude and be self-motivated.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Trade qualified in Signwriting with a focus on Graphic Design

• High level of knowledge in sign industry and all relevant Australia Standards along with demonstrated high level of ability and skill to develop and design quality signage and associated product

• Experience in design capabilities and experience utilising productions software such as Adobe Creative Suite with a high level of skills and knowledge associated with digital printing and associated software such as Onyx Production House

• Strong computer skills

• Current White/Blue Card

• Must have a Drivers Licence

• Own Transport

• Must reside in Townsville

• Must have experience

• Physically fit and capable for manual duties

GENERIC REQUIREMENTS

• Own PPE including long sleeve high vis, hard hat, steel capped boots and safety glasses

• Ability to work long hours

• A quick learner who can think on their feet

• Reliable and flexible

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work unsupervised and with others
