The opportunity
The focus of this role is to manage the recruitment requirements of our construction and landscaping client base. They will do this by identifying, attracting, and recruiting new talent aligned with client needs. The successful applicant will understand the blue-collar market. Applications considered for those with a trade or construction background wanting to transition into a recruitment career.
Candidate Criteria
The successful candidate will preferably have experience with:
Taking job briefs and understanding client staffing requirements
Writing and posting job advertisements
Screening and interviewing candidates
Reference checking, with the ability to follow up leads
Filling vacancies and managing rostering
Visiting new and existing clients for site visits and post-placement candidate care
Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships (maintaining talent pools)
Conducting business development activities with new and existing clients
Maintain and update the database
