AWX Pty Ltd is part of the larger group, People Infrastructure Ltd. In 2019, People Infrastructure Ltd (PPE) became the largest ASX listed workforce management and staffing company in ANZ. The business is Australian owned and is all about working with individuals to help them achieve their career goals, while also helping clients manage their workforce. The company provides contract staffing and human resources outsourcing services to a range of key industries including: community services, childcare, healthcare, nursing, IT, blue collar and hospitality. Established in 1996, People Infrastructure has over 19 offices across Australia and New Zealand, with over 250 internal staff and an active pool of more than 20,000 on-hire staff per annum.

AWX History

We’ve been solving short and long term staffing requirements as AWX since 2000. It started with a vision to change the labour hire game and deliver better value to the Australian industries and communities. Our capacity and capabilities grew as we solved more and more issues, such as remote and regional workforce challenges, housing requirements, and accommodation shortages. Soon, we branched into workforce demand management and developing staff retention strategies. Today, we’re proud to have a track record spanning 20 years.​
