What is permanent recruitment and how does it work?
Permanent recruitment is getting the right people in your team for the long haul, full time or part time. We don’t post ads and hope for the best. Yunaldi and the team work with you face to face to understand your business, your culture and the role. We handle the whole process including advertising, reviewing applications, screening candidates, interviews, checking references and contracts so you get someone who will pull their weight and stick around.

AWX covers a mix of permanent roles across blue and white collar, construction project and engineering, STEM and government sectors. That includes administrative and clerical positions, customer service, project management and professional leadership roles. How do you source and assess candidates?
We start by getting to know your business and the role inside out. Yunaldi meets with you, checks what skills, attitude and good cultural fit looks like. AWX handles permanent, contract and temporary positions to cover short term and long term gaps. We find solid operators who fit your team and your site, no excuses, no guesswork.
How long does permanent recruitment take?
Timeframes vary depending on the role and availability in the market. Some hires move quickly, others take longer to get right. AWX will set clear expectations upfront and keep you in the loop the whole way through.
What happens if the permanent hire doesn’t work out?
If a placement doesn’t go to plan, AWX will act quickly and work with you to find the right solution. AWX will focus on the long term outcomes, not quick wins.
How involved do we need to be in the recruitment process?
As involved as you want to be. AWX will handle the heavy lifting and keep you informed at each stage, stepping you in when it matters most.
Does AWX offer a replacement or guarantee period?
Yes, AWX do offer a 90 day replacement guarantee if your candidate is not the right fit. If something doesn’t work out within the agreed period, AWX will work with you to find the right outcome. AWX focus more on getting it right long term.
