We have a great opportunity for AO Accredited workers for ongoing roles at our Brookton facility. These positions involve general labouring, hay processing, and machinery support. Candidates with a Telehandler ticket or experience in agricultural/production environments will be highly regarded.
About the Role:
You will be working within a large hay processing operation, supporting day-to-day production and quality requirements.
Duties include:
- General labouring and hay processing
- Bale handling, sorting and stacking
- Telehandler operation (for ticketed workers)
- Machine operating assistance
- Manual handling and housekeeping
- Maintaining safety, hygiene and site compliance
What we're Looking For:
- AO Accredited applicants (HIGH PRIORITY)
- Telehandler ticket or willingness to train
- Labouring, farming, warehouse, or production experience beneficial
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive manual tasks
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced rural environment
- Driver's licence and reliable transport (Brookton location)
