We are seeking an experienced Program Support Officer (AO5) to provide high-level administrative and program support within a State Government department.
This role is casual full-time hours, Monday to Friday until 31 December 2026, with a possibility of being extended for a further 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administration and program support to the Program Coordinator.
- Deliver secretariat support for roundtables, forums, and other activities, including developing agendas, booking rooms, sending invitations, and preparing meeting minutes.
- Manage the Timber Plan email inbox, allocate tasks, and monitor and track task delivery using relevant administrative systems and tools.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required to achieve outcomes.
- Undertake other relevant tasks as directed by the Manager, Planning and Delivery to support the effective delivery of the QFTP program.
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in administration or program support.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and working within government or complex environments.
