Assistant Baker/ BOH kichen assistant - Bokarina (Bakery/Cafe)
Full-Time | Rotating Roster (Includes Weekends)
We're looking for a passionate and reliable Assistant Baker or BOH kitchen assistant to join a popular Bakery/ Cafe team in Warana. This is a hands-on role where you'll assist qualified bakers with oven work and daily production. This role could grow into an Bakers apprenticeship for the right person.
What we offer:
• Full-time position with early starts (shifts from 3:00am)
• Competitive pay: $26/hour (including penalties) - up to $35/hour for qualified bakers
• 25% staff discount on all products
• Uniform supplied and off-street parking
• Full training provided - no formal qualifications required
• Supportive team environment

• Strong reliability and commitment to early starts
• Ability to work weekends on a rotating roster
