AWX is partnering with leading civil construction clients delivering critical infrastructure, subdivisions, and drainage projects across Townsville and North QLD. We are seeking experienced, ticketed Plant Operators to join our clients' large-scale civil projects.

Project Locations:
• Roadworks & Intersection Upgrades
• Bulk Earthworks & Laydown
• Subdivision Developments
• Civil Drainage Projects

Roles Available:
• Excavator Operators - Final Trim preferred
• Grader Operators - Final Trim
• Dozer Operators - Final Trim
• Roller / Compactor Operators
• Skid Steer / Loader Operators
• Moxy / Articulated Haul Truck Operators
• Water Truck Drivers (HR Licence required)
• All-Round Civil Operators

Pay Rates:
• $37.61 - $46.30/hr + penalties
• Project-specific allowances and bonuses

What You'll Need:
• Construction White Card
• RII Statement of Attainment for relevant machinery
• C Class Driver's Licence & reliable transport
• Final trim and live traffic experience highly regarded
