The Role
• 8am - 4pm - Monday to Friday
• Paid monthly RDO
• Contractor & Compliance Management using various Portals including Simpro
• Job Scheduling for 3 very busy Field Technicians in Australia and overseas
• Raising PO's in Xero
• Quarterly submission and reporting to Qld Health Dept
• Coordinating calibration of Mining equipment with suppliers
• Client support and fast thinking problem solving
• Assisting the Training Team
• Receiving deliveries, liaising with Paget Warehouse
• Backup financial & payroll support for Brisbane Office, if required.
What We Are Looking For
• Sound experience using contractor management portals (ideally mining or similar)
• Strong scheduling or logistics background for Field Technicians
• Project management experience desirable, but not essential
• An interest in process improvement and problem solving
• Sound written capability for report writing
• Int-Adv Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
