About the Role
Partners on Country are seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join an open pit copper project near Nyngan, NSW. This is a long-term opportunity to be part of a major development, with mine life forecast well beyond 2026.
These roles are Permanent roles direct with our client partner. These are open to all suitable DIDO candidates.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 12 months' mining or quarry experience workingin similar environments
- Proven experience operating 120T+ Excavators such as Liebherr
- Current RII / VOCs (within the last 5 years)
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical
- Safety-focused, reliable, and a strong team player
Key Details
- Pay Rate: $62.50/hr + super on all hours
- Earning Potential: Up to $200k+ annually including super and retention bonus
- DIDO Roster: 14/7 (TuesdayMonday), rotating day & night, 12-hour shifts
- Location: Nyngan, NSW
- Accommodation & Meals: Town-based
- Retention Bonus: Up to $10k payable
