ABOUT THE POSITION
AWX are currently recruiting a full-time forklift operator for a thriving warehouse facility.
You will be operating a high reach forklift so previous experience working up to 5 racks high is essential.
Your role will involve putting stock into racking, loading, unloading trucks, picking orders for customers using the RF scanning system, filling out necessary paperwork.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Current forklift (LF) licence with high reach experience (up to 8 metres)
- Good knowledge of using RF scanners.
- Previous experience working around double deep racking systems.
- Using a counterbalance forklift
- A safety focused attitude as you will be working in a busy warehouse.
- Safe manual handling skills
- Hard working, punctual, reliable, clean & presentable
- Able to understand, written and verbal instructions & complete clearly understood paperwork.
- Lifting is a requirement so a good level of fitness is essential.
- Ability to pass a flexibility screen and drug test.

To be considered, you must be suitably qualified and have proven experience driving a high reach forklift in a similar industry.
