About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll plan and coordinate daily works while working alongside your crew. You'll balance supervising the team with carrying out a range of landscape maintenance tasks, ensuring projects are delivered safely and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a small maintenance team
• Plan and coordinate daily schedules, tasks, and resources
• Carry out hands-on horticultural duties such as mowing, pruning, planting, fertilising, irrigation, and weed control
• Safely operate and maintain horticultural equipment
• Liaise with clients, site managers, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality systems

• 3+ years' experience in landscape maintenance (supervisory or team leader experience preferred)
• Certificate III in Horticulture (or equivalent qualification/experience)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on quality and safety
• Current MR manual driver's licence (essential)
• Chemical application accreditation (ACDC ticket) highly regarded
