Manufacturing Labourers

About the Role
We are seeking motivated Manufacturing Labourers to join our client's manufacturing and labouring operations in Townsville. This hands-on role involves working with plate production requiring physical fitness, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Duties
• Handling and moving materials (steel plates, and other products)
• Operating forklifts (loading/unloading trucks, moving stock, feeding production lines)
• Assisting with plate cutting, pressing, and manufacturing processes
• Using hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely
• Performing quality checks on finished products
• Heavy lifting, manual handling, and general site labouring/cleaning
• Following all WHS procedures and supervisor directions

Roster & Hours
• Monday to Friday
• Day, afternoon, and occasionally night shifts (must be flexible across shifts)
• Overtime opportunities during busy periods

What We're Looking For
• Physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment physical assessment
• Current HRWL Forklift licence and proven forklift experience
• Previous labouring or manufacturing, experience highly regarded
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a team
• Local to the Townsville region
