What you'll do
As a Production Operator
, you'll be an essential part of the workshop or production floor, working across key areas including Fabrication, Plate Repair, and Technology Operations.
Your duties may include:
• Operating machinery and mechanical lifting aids to prepare, process, and package metal plates
• Assisting with fabrication, plate repair, and component assembly
• Inspecting, aligning, and testing plates using hand tools and gauges
• Manual handling and team lifting of metal components (up to approx. 30kg)
• Operating control panels, conveyors, grinders, and other workshop equipment
• Basic housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
• Forklift operation (if licenced) and assisting with workshop logistics
What you'll need
• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or workshop environment
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Forklift licence - preferred but not essential
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties

• Starting rate of $33.67 per hour,
plus penalties and super
• Tiered pay progression after 6 and 12 months of continuous service
• Day and afternoon shifts available
- 8 hours per day minimum

4 days on, 3 days off roster
