About the Role

AWX are currently seeking Casual Machine Operators, Packers, and Processing Operators to join a well-known organic food manufacturer located in Coolum Beach. This company produces premium-quality herbs, spices, teas and coffee products - all 100% organic!

Key Details

• Location: Coolum Beach, QLD
• Pay Rate: $37.16 per hour (casual rate)
• Shifts: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 pm - 1:30 am (long weekend every week!)
• Variety of roles available: Tea production line machine operators, packing and line processors, and herb & spice manufacturing room operators

Duties may include

• Operating and monitoring tea production line machinery
• Processing herbs, spices, teas, and coffee for retail packaging
• Measuring, weighing, and filling products into containers
• Labelling and preparing finished products for distribution
• Packing and stacking stock ready for dispatch
• Maintaining food safety and workplace health & safety standards
• Supporting production targets and working effectively as part of a team

What We're Looking For

• Previous food manufacturing, production, or packing experience is highly desirable
• Machine operation or supervisory/team leader experience will be highly regarded
• Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliability and a positive, team-focused attitude
• Local candidates preferred
