Sales & Admin All-Rounder
Job Title:
Outbound Sales Calls, Reception, Data Entry + More. All -Round Admin assistant. We are looking for someone organised, confident on the phone, and like a bit of variety in the day.

About our client:
Partnered with AWX, our client is a reputable market leader manufacturer and civil installer specializing in high quality concrete sleepers.
What You'll Do:
- Making outbound sales calls to new and existing customer.
- Taking inbound calls and being the friendly first point of contact.
- Managing leads and following up with potential clients
- Handling transport bookings and scheduling deliveries
- Processing payments and updating our systems
- Responding to enquiries via phone, email, text, and social media
- Updating CRM records and prepping daily reports for our Sales Manager
- General admin and data entry using Excel and Outlook
What You'll Need:
- Great phone manner and solid communication skills
- Comfortable with Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems (or quick to learn)
- Able to juggle a few tasks at once without losing your cool
- Current driver's licence and your own reliable transport (essential)
- Friendly, self-motivated, and not afraid to pick up the phone.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/yard office environment and around tradies
