Machine Operators, Packaging Operators & Forklift Drivers

We are currently seeking reliable and experienced candidates for multiple roles across a leading manufacturing site in Narangba. With growing demand, we have ongoing opportunities for:

• Machine Operators
• Packaging Operators
• Forklift Drivers (LF Licence Required)
These are ongoing roles across all shifts , working in a clean and ambient temperature-controlled environment. Full PPE is required , and workplace safety is a top priority .

Available Shifts:
• Day Shift
• Afternoon Shift
• Night Shift

Position Overviews:
Machine Operators
• Set up, operate, and monitor production and packaging machinery
• Perform routine quality checks and basic troubleshooting
• Follow safety and operational procedures
Packaging Operators
• Manual packing, sorting, and lifting of products
• Quality inspection and accurate labelling
• Work at pace on a production or packaging line
Forklift Drivers
• Operate forklifts to move stock and materials
• Load/unload deliveries and support warehouse flow
• Assist with general production or packaging tasks as needed
(Valid LF forklift licence required)

What We're Looking For:
• Recent experience in manufacturing, food production, or warehouse environments
• Machine operation or packaging line experience preferred
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and repetitive tasks
• High attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Valid LF Licence (for forklift drivers)
• PPE Compliance: Willingness to wear provided protective gear
• Full working rights in Australia, must be available to work 40 hours a week
