We're on the lookout for hands-on, reliable, and safety-focused labourers to join our client's pallet repair team. If you know your way around tools and enjoy fast-paced, physical work, this is your chance to secure consistent hours, great pay, and a solid team environment .

In this role, you'll be responsible for repairing and restoring wooden pallets a critical part of Australia's logistics and supply chain industry. You'll work with nail guns, grinders , and other tools to bring damaged pallets back to life.

What You'll Be Doing

• Inspecting and repairing wooden pallets using power and hand tools
• Operating nail guns, grinders, saws, and other tools safely and efficiently
• Lifting, moving, and stacking pallets in a production environment
• Working as part of a team to meet daily repair targets
• Following all workplace safety and operational procedures

• Previous experience with nail guns and hand/power tools
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Physically fit able to handle repetitive lifting and manual tasks
• Full availability for day shifts (Monday to Friday)
• Current Driver's Licence and own reliable transport
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical assessment
• A commitment to OHS and safe work practices
