AWX is seeking an experienced Finance Professional to join our client's team in Northgate on a part-time, temporary contract . This role offers the chance to work onsite, supporting the finance operations team and assisting with key reporting and analysis tasks.

About the Role
This is a hands-on finance support role, working 2-3 days per week onsite at our client's Northgate facility for a minimum of three months . You will work closely with the site finance team, assisting with core financial reporting and analysis to ensure smooth operational performance.

Key responsibilities include:
·Supporting daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
·Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
·Providing support in analysing cost drivers and identifying opportunities for efficiencies
·Helping prepare reports for stakeholders across operations and head office
·Contributing to process compliance, internal controls, and data accuracy

About You
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with:
·Degree qualifications in Business, Commerce, or Accounting (CPA/CA desirable)
· 5+ years' experience in a finance role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·Advanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
·Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
