About the Role
Partners on Country are proud to partner with our client at Carmichael Mine during an exciting growth phase. We're seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join our team full-time and contribute to a long-term FIFO mining project in Central Queensland.

This is your opportunity to operate a modern, new fleet on an even-time roster, with minimal travel time, excellent facilities, and genuine opportunities for growth and career development.

What We're Looking For
• Minimum 12 months' experience in a mining as a 400T Excavator Operator
• Dozer D10 or D11 experience required
• Current RII competencies or recent VOCs for both machines (within last 5 years)
• Standard 11 & CBM
• Safety-focused, reliable, and a strong team player

Key Details
• Pay Rate: $69.28/hour + superannuation
• Roster: 7/7 rotating day & night shifts (Tuesday-Monday), 12.5-hour shifts
• Location: FIFO from Rockhampton, Townsville, or Cairns
• Camp: Fully catered with gym & recreation areas; airstrip & pit within 10 minutes
• Retention Bonus: $3k Year 1 (pro-rata), $6k Year 2, $9k Year 3 (T&Cs apply)
