We are seeking a skilled and motivated Grader GPS Operator to join our client's team in a permanent, long-term position, supporting a major industrial civil project in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.
This role offers the opportunity to become a valued member of a self-performing civil crew, with long-term work continuity and the chance to grow alongside an established and supportive leadership team.
Job Details
• Operate John Deere 670 Grader
• Use UTS Topcon GPS for final trim works
• Read and interpret civil plans
• Work autonomously plan, sequence and execute own work
• Contribute to the wider civil crew to support overall site productivity
• Operate additional plant (e.g. roller or posi track) when required

What We're Looking For
• GPS grader experience (Topcon / UTS preferred)
• Final trim capability on civil projects
• Civil subdivision or industrial project experience
• Strong communication skills and a constructive attitude to feedback
• A team-first mindset with a willingness to contribute beyond primary machine operation
• Interest in learning, development and long-term employment
