About the Opportunity
AWX is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Pickers & Packers to join our dynamic team in Townsville. We are looking for people who not only bring strong work ethic and reliability but also fit into our culture with a positive CAN DO' attitude, self-motivation, and a genuine willingness to contribute to a supportive and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities
•Rotate and manage stock within freezers.
•Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently.
•Conduct stocktakes as required.
•Perform general duties within the freezer store.
•Work in a cold-room and freezer environment (previous experience is an advantage, but not essential).
•Maintain strict quality standards with strong attention to detail.
•Communicate effectively and work well in a small team.
•Be available for day, afternoon, and night shifts.
•Safely lift, push, and pull boxes weighing up to 15kg.

General Requirements
•Own PPE, including steel-capped boots.
•Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks.
•Quick learner with the ability to think on their feet.
•Reliable, flexible, and self-motivated.
•Strong communication skills.
•Ability to work both unsupervised and collaboratively with others.
•Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol test and a fitness assessment.
