AWX is now recruiting for multiple Operators to join our crews for Rehabilitation & Civil Infrastructure Projects throughout the Bowen Basin, QLD. These are large-scale programs, delivered by a highly respected contractor.

We're hiring for the following machines
• D9 - D11
• 120T Excavator
• 150M Graders
• Rear Dump
• Moxy
• HR Service Truck
• MC Water Cart

Our Jobs
• Your choice of max term contract, leave benefits or casual employment
• $51 - $65 Flat Rate pay rates
• 10% Uplift on pay rate when working NS
• 7/7 DSNS Roster
• 12hr shifts
• Long-term major projects with secure, ongoing work and consistent rosters
• Camp & Meals Provided
• Ongoing care and support from the AWX Team

What You'll Do
• Operate relevant plant machines
• Carry out rehab shaping, clean-up, water management, and material movement tasks
• Complete daily pre-starts and equipment checks
• Work with supervisors and follow site HSE protocols

What You'll Need
• Minimum 12 months' experience on relevant machine in a civil, mining or rehab setting
• RII for machine a MUST be (within 5 years of issue date)
• Standard 11 or willing to obtain
• Current Coal Board Medical or willingness to obtain
• Valid Australian Drivers Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment functional (incl. step test)
