AWX is hiring for Pre-Cast Production Labourers to join a busy and expanding business manufacturing concrete sleepers for retaining walls, located in Narangba Industrial hub, just North of Brisbane.

This position has an opportunity for full-time employment for the right candidate. Please note, due to the dusty environment you will need to be clean shaven as you will be required to wear a mask (Fit test on first shift)

5 days a week, Monday-Friday, 6 am-3 pm

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of concrete product with tools
Working with concrete
Manufacturing of concrete sleepers
General Labouring duties
Strapping and tipping concrete sleepers.
General cleaning of work area
Good level of fitness required, you are working with and around concrete.

Role Includes:
Cleaning + Blowing out concrete moulds using an angle grinder, then blowing out.
Waist-high table working with concrete moulds, breaking out and shuffling down the line.
General cleaning duties (Sweeping and cleaning)
Setting up moulds with reinforced steel bars before pouring.

Hourly Rate ($31.26) + Daily/Weekly overtime available
Casual role with permanent ongoing hours
No weekend work.
Full training provided.
Role rotation to engage in training opportunities and a variety of roles.
