About the opportunity
We're looking for a confident and organised Sales Administrator to step into a key support role at a busy Bathurst business. This short-term opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to make an immediate impact in a friendly, fast-moving environment.
You'll be the link between customers, warehouse and sales. Keeping everything running smoothly while the team navigates a busy period.
Key responsibilities
- Process orders and send accurate quotes
- Track and trace deliveries, liaising with warehouse and logistics teams
- Keep records and registers up to date
- Communicate with customers about order progress and delivery status
- Assist with filing, stationery orders, credit requests and reconciliations
What you'll need
- Experience in administration, order processing or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- A reliable, proactive, and team-focused attitude
