We are seeking Service Technicians to join our client’s team in Melbourne, servicing customer sites across Melbourne Metro and North West area.
This is a casual ongoing position, starting early January, with the possibility of extension to permanent employment. You will be travelling daily across these areas, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential.
This is a hands-on position that offers autonomy, variety, and ongoing support. A company car is provided, and you will receive full training to set you up for success.
You will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of dispensing equipment across a wide range of customer sites, including supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and other commercial locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install soap and hygiene dispensers in line with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards
- Complete installations neatly, accurately, and safely
- Respond to breakdowns and repair equipment on customer premises
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating efficiently
- Carry out workshop-based repairs on returned equipment
- Experience in service, repairs, or installation of technical equipment
- Can use a drill confidently and troubleshoot issues with dispensers
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage your day independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Current Driver Licence
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
- Ideally lives in West or North Melbourne for convenience
