• Manual labour in physically demanding outdoor environments
• Site preparation and drainage support
• Planting, playground construction, and general landscaping tasks

• Valid Construction White Card
• Current C Class Driver's Licence & reliable transport
• Minimum 2 years' civil construction experience (roadworks, subdivision, or drainage preferred)
• Physically fit and ready for labour-intensive work
• Willingness to undergo police checks, pre-employment medicals, and drug & alcohol screening
