About the Role
As a Technical Line Lead, you will be involved in supervising operators, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards as well as overseeing and operating production machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This hands on role is important in making sure operations run smoothly . Position offers room for improvement with a great employer and move to perm for right candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and maintain Production machinery across the assigned line.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and minimize downtime.
  • Lead, train, and mentor machine operators to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and food manufacturing standards (GMP, HACCP).
  • Monitor production quality, ensuring products meet company standards.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Perform routine maintenance and support major breakdown repairs.
  • Maintain accurate production records and shift reports.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience as a machine/production operator in a food manufacturing (GMP/FMCG) environment.
  • 1-2 years leadership experience as a Line Lead, Supervisor or Technical Lead.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Experience with process optimization, continuous improvement, and reducing waste.
  • SAP experience preferred but not essential.
