About the Role
Partners on Country are looking for experienced Dozer Push Operators to join the team at a mine site in Central Queensland. This is a full-time opportunity with FIFO offered from Townsville and Rockhampton.
You will be working with a reputable leader in the mining industry, in a supportive and inclusive environment that values safety, teamwork, and long-term career growth.
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 12 months' experience in a production mining.
• Dozer Push - D10, D11, Haul Truck & at least one of Loader, Water Truck or Excavator (small)
• Current RII, Transcripts or VOCs for machines (within last 5 years)
• Standard 11 & CBM
• Safety-focused, reliable, and a strong team player
Key Details
• Pay Rate $64.14/hour + super
• Roster: 7/7 rotating day & night shifts (Tuesday-Monday or Thursday to Thursday), 12.5-hour shifts
• Location: FIFO from Townsville or Rockhampton or DIDO options available
• Camp: Fully catered with gym & recreation areas; airstrip & pit within 10 minutes
• Retention Bonus
