About the Role
Partners on Country are seeking experienced 400t Excavator and Dozer Operators to join a long-term FIFO mining project. Enjoy competitive pay, modern equipment, and strong on-site support.

To be successful, you will have:
• Minimum 12 months' experience in a mining environment operating large 400t+ Excavators and Dozers
• Relevant RII competencies (or signed off within the last 5 years)
• Current Standard 11 & driver's licence
• Commitment to maintaining safety at all times
• Flexibility and a team-focused attitude
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to solutions

Key Details
• Pay Rate: $69.28/hour + superannuation
• Roster: 7/7 rotating day & night shifts (Tuesday-Monday), 12.5-hour shifts
• Location: FIFO from Rockhampton, Townsville, or Cairns
• Camp: Fully catered with gym & recreation areas; airstrip & pit within 10 minutes
• Retention Bonus: $3k Year 1 (pro-rata), $6k Year 2, $9k Year 3 (T&Cs apply)
