About the Role
Partners on Country are seeking experienced Production Excavator/ Dozer Operators to join the team at a coal mine site in Northwest Queensland. This is a permanent position with FIFO offered from Townsville, Cairns, and Rockhampton.
You'll be working with a reputable leader in the mining industry, in a supportive and inclusive environment that values safety, teamwork, and long-term career growth.
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 12 months' experience in production mining.
• Operating - 600t digger or above, D10, D11
• Current RII, transcripts, or VOCs for machine (within the last 5 years).
• Standard 11 & CBM referred
• Safety-focused, reliable, and a strong team player.
Key Details
• Pay Rate: $69.28/hour + super on all hours
• Roster: 7/7 rotating day & night shifts (Tuesday-Monday or Thursday-Thursday), 12.5-hour shifts
• Location: FIFO from Townsville, Cairns, or Rockhampton, or DIDO options available
• Camp: Fully catered with gym & recreation areas; airstrip on site
• Bonus: Available
