Rate: Starting from $32.65 per hour
Hours: Full-time hours, 38 per week - Monday to Friday

About the Role
Our client is a leader in the fibreglass pool manufacturing industry , and AWX is currently sourcing experienced labourers to join their team in the gelcoat chip manufacturing section .
This hands-on role involves:
·Mixing gelcoat
·Operating grinders and mills
·Handling casting bars
·Working safely in a fast-paced production environment
This position offers a pathway to permanency and the potential to step into a future lead role for the right candidate.

Requirements
·Current Forklift Licence
· Power tool experience
·Experience in fibreglass or related manufacturing environments
·Commitment to safe work practices and site compliance
· Own reliable transport to and from work
·A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on responsibility
