About the opportunity
AWX is seeking reliable Forklift Operators to join the Distribution team in Reservoir (VIC). This hands-on role involves both yard and warehouse work, moving quality pipeline products for major infrastructure projects. Ideal for those who enjoy outdoor work and being part of a tight, safety-focused crew, with strong long-term career opportunities for the right person.
What you'll do
• Operate 2.5 T twin-tyne Toyota counterbalance forklifts to handle large-diameter pipe and fittings
• Load and unload interstate and local delivery trucks
• Use RF scanners to pick, store, and dispatch orders accurately
• Maintain housekeeping and equipment safety standards
• Collaborate with a diverse and experienced team
Our Jobs
• Must be available for 230PM-1030PM shift
• Stable Monday to Friday Roster
• Base Rate of $40 + Penalties
• Genuine temp-to-perm pathway for high-performing operators
• Work in a team where people grow - many leaders started as operators
What You'll Need
• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Minimum 5 years' forklift and warehousing experience
• Proven counterbalance forklift experience handling large or awkward loads (pipe, steel, or timber)
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems
• Strong safety awareness, reliability, and attention to detail
