Job Details
• Operate 30- 40T Excavator (from bulk earthworks, final trim, pipe laying)
• Use GPS for final trim works
• Read and interpret civil plans
• Work autonomously - plan, sequence and execute own work
• Contribute to the wider civil crew to support overall site productivity
• Operate additional plant (e.g. roller, compactor & posi track) when required

• Location: Acacia Ridge, Brisbane (SW Industrial Corridor)
• Project: Large-scale industrial subdivision
• Employment Type: Permanent, full-time
• Start: ASAP (interviews commencing immediately)
What We're Looking For
- GPS Excavator experience
- Final trim capability on civil project
- Pipe laying experience
- Civil subdivision or industrial project experience
- Strong communication skills and a constructive attitude to feedback
- A team-first mindset with a willingness to contribute beyond primary machine operation
- Interest in learning, development and long-term employment
Pay & Conditions
• $65 - $74 hr aprox. (depending on experience) + company vehicle
• Paid wet days (no stand-downs)
• Annual leave, personal leave and public holidays
• Long-term job security within a growing civil team
Final remuneration will be aligned to experience, capability and overall contribution.
