Landscaping Roles in Toowoomba
We're excited to partner with a reputable landscaping business operating across the Toowoomba region. Known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects, this team prides itself on exceptional workmanship, strong safety practices, and great client service.
We're now looking for skilled and motivated individuals who are ready to grow their landscaping career. Whether you're confident with irrigation, experienced in leading small crews, or keen to step into a leading hand role, these positions offer an excellent pathway forward. We also welcome experienced landscape maintenance labourers seeking stable, long-term work with opportunities to progress.
What You'll Do
Complete landscape construction and maintenance across a variety of Toowoomba sites
Operate a range of equipment including hedge trimmers, blowers, whipper snippers, mowers, drills, saws, and irrigation tools
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot irrigation systems
Lead small crews and keep projects on track (for leading hand positions)
Assist with turfing, planting, hardscaping, and general outdoor works
Uphold safety standards and take care of tools and machinery
What You'll Need
Solid experience in landscaping, horticulture, or garden/grounds maintenance
Irrigation experience is highly valued
Ability to supervise or guide small teams (leading hand applicants)
White Card and a valid driver's licence
Reliable, physically fit, and committed to safe work practices
