Line Leader - Food Manufacturing | Caloundra West | $32.31/hr | 6am-2pm Shift
We're currently seeking Line Leaders to join our clients modern food manufacturing facility in Caloundra West. This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity (Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm) offering a starting rate of $32.31 per hour plus the chance to work with a supportive, growth-focused team.
About the role:
Daily packing operations on the production line, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality output in line with QA and Food Safety Systems. The role involves supervising packing staff, setting up and operating machinery, monitoring production standards, and maintaining compliance with HACCP and BRCGS requirements.
Key duties include:
• Set up, run, and monitor packing lines for each shift
• Lead, train, and support packing room staff
• Ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency targets are achieved
• Complete HACCP/BRCGS documentation and maintain QA systems
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs
• Promote safe work practices and good manufacturing processes
• Support continuous improvement within the team
What we're looking for:
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or packing environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of food safety systems and GMP
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work under pressure and motivate others
