AWX is seeking experienced and reliable Machine Operators to join a leading plastic pipe manufacturing team in Reservoir (VIC).
You'll be part of a high-performing production facility that manufactures essential pipeline products used in major infrastructure projects across Australia.

What You'll Do
• Operate automated extrusion and cutting machinery to produce high-quality plastic pipe products
• Monitor production lines, perform visual and dimensional quality checks, and ensure machines run efficiently
• Handle raw materials and finished goods using forklifts and other production equipment
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance or cleaning tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Collaborate closely with team leaders and co-workers to meet production and safety targets

What You'll Need (and How to Get Started)
• Previous machine operating experience in manufacturing (plastics, steel, or similar industry preferred)
• LF Forklift Licence (current and valid) - highly regarded
• Strong mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, and attention to detail
• Proven reliability and willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts
• Ability to work day and night shifts on a fortnightly rotating roster
oDay shift: 7:00am start
oNight shift: 7:00pm start
• Police Check or Statutory Declaration required prior to commencement
