Hours: 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Shifts: 5:30 am-1:30 pm OR 6:30 am-2:30 pm
Pay Rate : $35.00/hr, casual with Temp to Perm Opportunity

About the Role
We are seeking reliable and hands-on individuals to join our client's manufacturing team based in Corbould Park.
This is a fantastic ongoing, full-time opportunity with a company that designs and builds high-quality marine structures including jetties, pontoons, gangways, and marina platforms for both residential and commercial projects.
You'll be part of a supportive team responsible for assembling and preparing structural components using a range of tools and materials.

Key Responsibilities
• Wrapping platforms and structures with plastic sheets and using a heat gun to weld and seal edges
• Filling platforms with foam base material
• Installing and tying in plastic reo bars for structural reinforcement
• Using battery-powered drills and hand tools to secure and assemble components
• Assisting in general production and maintaining a clean, safe workspace

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous hands-on or manufacturing experience
• The ability to use basic hand and power tools safely
• A solid work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliability and commitment to full-time hours
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
