With production ramping up, AWX is looking for experienced Mixer Operators to join our team in a long-term opportunity within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. If you're mechanically minded, reliable, and thrive working independently, this could be the perfect fit.

Job Highlights:

• Rotating shifts: 3 weeks day shift, 3 weeks afternoon shift (9.5-hour shifts)
• Pay rates: $36/hr (day) and $42/hr (afternoon) once signed off on training
• Autonomous role: Minimal supervision, high responsibility
  

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot food manufacturing machinery
• Mix and blend ingredients using both modern and legacy equipment
• Perform minor maintenance and ensure smooth production flow
• Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  

• Minimum 6 months of machine operating experience in food manufacturing (beverage experience highly regarded)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and basic computer/quality control experience
• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg
• Comfortable working in ambient conditions
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
