AWX are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators for a 10-month bulk earthworks project at Lake Cowal, near West Wyalong.


The Role

We are looking for operators who can competently run multiple pieces of machinery in a production environment. The project involves large-scale earthworks and requires team members who are safety-focused and adaptable across machines.


Key Details:

Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off

Shifts: 12 hours

DIDO: Drive-in/Drive-out to West Wyalong with daily bus transport to site at Lake Cowal

Duration: Approx. 10 months

Pay Rates: $42$55/hr + penalties (depending on machine and experience)

Machinery Involved:

Excavators (3090T)

Dozers (CAT D9)

Graders (CAT 14)

Loaders

Compactors


What We're Looking For:

Current RII competencies for relevant machinery

Demonstrated multi-skill experience operating at least 23 different machines

Strong safety focus and commitment to fatigue management policies

Ability to DIDO to West Wyalong (safe travel distance or ability to arrange accommodation)

Availability to commence in line with project requirements
