About the Role
Partners on Country are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join a long-term FIFO mining project. Operate multiple machines including Dozers and Haul Trucks, with opportunities to utilise skills on Water Trucks, Loaders, or Graders. What We're Looking For
• Minimum 12 months' experience in a mining environment operating Dozer & Haul Truck
• Additional experience on at least one: Water Truck, Loader, or Grader
• Current RII competencies or recent VOCs (within last 5 years)
• Standard 11 ¤nt driver's licence
• Safety-focused, reliable, and a strong team player

Key Details
• Pay Rate: $64.14/hour + superannuation
• Roster: 7/7 rotating day & night shifts (Tuesday-Monday), 12.5-hour shifts
• Location: FIFO from Rockhampton, Townsville, or Cairns
• Camp: Fully catered with gym & recreation areas; airstrip & pit within 10 minutes
• Retention Bonus: $3k Year 1 (pro-rata), $6k Year 2, $9k Year 3 (T&Cs apply)
