We're looking for motivated, reliable team players to help us grow millions of seedlings that support forestry and environmental projects across Queensland.
We are seeking hardworking and motivated individuals to join our nursery team, with the potential for ongoing employment.
This is a hands-on role in a production nursery environment.
You will be working outdoors and in sheds/shade houses, performing repetitive tasks that require physical stamina.
Conditions include working in full sun, rain (raincoats provided), and being on your feet for the majority of the shift's..

We are a large-scale nursery committed to sustainable practices and producing high-quality seedlings for replanting operations.
Our work supports forestry and environmental projects across Queensland and beyond.
About you:
- Nursery experience preferred (but not essential!)
- Hardworking and motivated learner
- Punctual and reliable
- Enjoys working outdoors
- Physically fit and healthy
What you'll do:
- Sorting and transplanting seedlings (dibbling)
- Moving trays and pots
- Weeding and sowing seeds
- Traying out pine cones
- Topping and watering seedlings
What You'll Need:
- Own transport
- Steel cap boots and suitable work pants (must supply your own)
- Reliability and Honesty
Benefits:
- Competitive pay: $31.25/hr + super
