About the Role

AWX are currently seeking Casual Packers & Processing Operators to join a well-known organic food manufacturer located in Coolum Beach. This company produces premium-quality herbs, spices, teas and coffee products, all organic!

Key Details

• Location: Coolum Beach, QLD
• Pay Rate: $32.31 per hour (casual rate)
• Shifts: Monday-Thursday 6:30 am-4:00 pm (Have a long weekend, every week!)
• Food manufacturing, processing and packing environment

Duties include

• Processing herbs, spices, teas and coffee for retail packaging
• Measuring, weighing and filling products into containers
• Labelling and preparing finished products for distribution
• Packing and stacking stock ready for dispatch
• Following workplace health & safety and food safety guidelines
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous food manufacturing, production or packing experience is desirable but not essential
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliability and a positive team attitude
• Local candidates preferred
