AWX labour hire is currently seeking experienced Plastics Technicians to join a leading manufacturing site in Narangba. With growing demand, we have multiple ongoing opportunities available across day, afternoon, and night shifts.

We are looking for applicants with:

• Extensive experience in plastic manufacturing
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on thermoforming experience
• Flexibility to work across all shifts day, afternoon, and night
  

• Operate and monitor thermoforming machinery and related equipment
• Conduct routine quality checks and ensure product consistency
• Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments
• Follow strict safety and operational procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
  

• Proven experience in plastic manufacturing and thermoforming
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive tasks
• Commitment to workplace safety and PPE compliance
• Full working rights in Australia and availability for 40 hours/week
